Lucas Williams was born in 1995 and grew up in Rosebud, Texas. He began struggling with his weight as a child, and by the time he was a teenager, he weighed over 600 pounds. In 2016, he decided to seek help from Dr. Younan Nowzaradan, who is known for helping people lose extreme amounts of weight on his television show, My 600-lb Life.
