Nicole’s struggles
It’s been several years since we’ve seen Nicole on My 600-Lb Life, and fans are wondering what happened to her after the show.
Nicole struggled with her weight for most of her life. She was always the heaviest person in her family, and she was constantly teased and ridiculed by her relatives. When she was a child, her mother put her on a diet, but it didn’t work, and Nicole just kept getting bigger.

Nicole’s tips for success
Nicole Bulcher is one of the most successful participants on TLC’s My 600 Lb Life. After reaching a high weight of 657 lbs, Nicole decided to change her life for the better and started working with Dr. Younan Nowzaradan. With his help, she managed to lose an incredible 400lbs over the course of two years.
While she may have reached her goal weight, Nicole knows that the journey isn’t over yet. In order to maintain her success, she has to work hard every day to stay on track. Thankfully, she’s developed some great tips and tricks along the way that have helped her stay on track and avoid any relapses.
Here are some of Nicole’s tips for success:
1. Set small goals – When it comes to weight loss, it can be easy to get discouraged if you don’t see results immediately. That’s why it’s important to set small, achievable goals that you can focus on one at a time. By taking things slowly and steadily, you’re more likely to see long-term results.
2. Find a support system – It’s important to have someone you can rely on for support and motivation when trying to lose weight. Whether it’s friends, family, or even an online community, having people you can turn to will make the journey much easier.
3. Be prepared – If you know you’re going to be in a situation where temptation is all around (like a party or holiday gathering), make sure you’re prepared ahead of time so you can make smart choices when it comes to food and drink. Bring your own healthy snacks or plan ahead so you know what you’ll be eating ahead of time.
4. Avoid triggers – There will be certain situations or foods that trigger your cravings and make it harder to resist temptation. Do your best to avoid these triggers or at least have a plan in place for how you’ll deal with them when they come up
Nicole’s support system
Nicole’s support system is her family. They are always there for her, whether she’s going through a difficult time or celebrating a victory. Nicole’s husband, Mike, has been especially supportive throughout her journey. He has been by her side during her surgeries and hospital stays, and he even gave up his own career to be a stay-at-home dad so that Nicole could focus on her health.
Mike has been incredibly understanding and patient, but he’s also realistic about the situation. He knows that this is a marathon, not a sprint, and that there will be good days and bad days. But no matter what, he will be there for Nicole every step of the way.
Nicole’s advice

“The biggest thing I would tell someone is never give up on yourself,” she said. “It’s going to be a long journey, it’s not going to be easy, but it’s so worth it in the end.”
Nicole also opened up about how her relationship with food has changed since losing over 400 pounds.
“I definitely have a better relationship with food now,” she said. “I’m more mindful of what I’m eating, I make sure that I’m getting enough protein and vegetables, and I make sure that I’m not overeating.”
